How to register (new user)
- Visit www.absa.com.gh
- Click log in next to the search tab
- Click register
- Enter customer information and accept the terms and conditions
- Customer receives OTP via SMS
- Enter OTP and click next
- Create username and password on the password confirmation screen
- Click next
- You will see a confirmation screen and you are now registered for internet banking

How to change a password
- Visit www.absa.com.gh
- Click log in next to the search tab
- Click log in
- Select Forgot username/password
- Select ID type
- Enter ID number
- Enter date of birth
- Select verification method: account number or credit card
- Account number
- Enter account number without branch code
- Enter digit of specific positions of your debit card as requested (e.g. when debit card number is 4321 0681 9561 8843, 2nd, 4th, 12th and 16th positions would be 3, 1, 1, 3)
- Enter debit card expiry date
- Enter CVV
- Select branch
- Enter received one-time PIN (OTP)
- Create new password
- Confirm new password

- Select 'transfer and payment' tab above
- Select Standing instruction on your right. Select 'Set up a standing instruction'
- Select account to debit, payee, amount, date, recurring instruction and payment description.
- Review and confirm transaction details
- Submit and wait for OTP
- Enter OTP
- You will see a confirmation screen
